Store as a whole had lots of sale prices Stocked up on frozen foods too. Clean, check out cashier was friendly and helpful

Previous comment: (Pharamacy is ok. They have mixed up when I get my meds multiple times now and never seem to be interested in fixing the situation. Have told me one thing and then backed out of their word. I know for a fact the pharmacist has lied to me because my doctor told me. The techs are really nice, so it’s ok and gets two stars. Also gave my wife a moderna vaccine and then told her it was a J&J the next time she went for second shot so we have no idea what she got.) I edited my review, they have done a much better job lately and I have not had any problems whatsoever. Maybe I just caught them on a bad day. Anyway, this pharmacy is great and reliable. Very helpful as well. Pharmacists are good guys too. I would recommend using this pharmacy now. Edit 2: they have been doing fantastic lately, 5 stars!

It was my 1st visit to this pharmacy and I must say an excellent experience. I had just visited Dingmans Medical and they called in a few RXs for me. I drove from their parking lot to Butterfly's and waited maybe 15 mins before entering.i entered was greeted very nicely, gave my name and asked to please give them a few more minutes as they were filling the RX for me at that moment. Once I rec'd the RXs I was given some precautions and I also asked about other meds for my dogs. I was assured that they would look into it and get back to me for pricing. It was a really nice transaction and I will be using them again.

I had a most extraordinary experience with Jesse the pharmacist. I did not realize until nearly 6PM I ran out of heart medication. I called after 6;30 PM, spoke to Jesse to explain my situation. He told me be in the store in an hour and my prescription would be ready. The staff was pleasant, they greeted me with a smile, all in spite of closing time was a few minutes away. In my view, they earned my business. Thank You Jesse and Company.

I wanted to personally thank Taylor & Daniel from pharmacy. On 2 separate occasions, they went out of their way, above and beyond their job to help me with OTC medicines for my toddler who’s been sick a lot lately (started preschool a couple months ago🤦🏻‍♀️). Daniel walked over and explained the different type of children's allergy medicines to me and what matched my sons prescription to help save me a little money (the prescription was Claritin basically). Yesterday while calling to see if my sons prescription was ready I was told it wasn’t covered by insurance because I could get it OTC. Taylor said she would pick one out that’s closest to the prescription & even asked what fruit flavors my son likes. This was so helpful as my whole household is sick right now but she didn’t know that. She did this on a busy Friday evening, without hesitation. When my husband picked it up she even had a hand written note of instructions on it for us. I miss my old mom and pop pharmacy very much but I’m happy that Weis Pharmacy is close by and these two employees should be recognized for their outstanding customer service. They are so pleasant in a not so pleasant world right now. I recommend Weis Pharmacy to all my close friends. Finding good employees with excellent customer service skills, knowledge of the job at hand & professional is not always easy. Give these two a raise!

Howie at Wwise is one of those rare retail creatures who operates like a cross between a personal assistant, a memory upgrade, and a soft-sell wizard. I walk in thinking I need one thing, and before I know it he’s gently reminding me of the other five things I absolutely forgot I needed. He’s talking to me, sure, but he’s also upselling me in such a smooth, Jedi-adjacent way that I barely notice until I’m walking out with a basket that could support a small village. And the wild part? I don’t even mind. Because he’s actually helpful. He’s not pushing junk; he’s pointing out the exact things I would have remembered if my brain ran at factory settings. The man is basically my Wwise-installed firmware patch. I don’t bother with the Lord’s Valley Wwise anymore. Why would I? Howie is the gravitational force holding this whole shopping universe together. The store should give him a raise just for the number of times he’s prevented me from making two trips.

Many thanks to the Bakery Dept. I managed to ruin the icing on our beautiful half-sheet at check out and brought it back in near panic. Charlene expertly fixed it, calmed me down and helped me all the way to the car with it. She and the bakery crew are absolutely wonderful, and the cake was perfect in every way. Thank you!!

Awesome staff! They go the extra mile! The pharmacists are helpful in explaining answers to questions and such! They inform you about prescription readiness electronically, very convenient. I've always found all members of the staff to be pleasant and helpful. Happy Mother's day you guys, thanks for being you!!!!
